The noon and evening will be paid for with a free will offering. The suggested contribution for these two meals is $4.50 per person per meal.

Persons may want to say Saturday night and leave on Sunday morning. This may allow for some additional opportunities for fellowship and relaxation.

Please announce and share this letter and the poster with members of your congregation, encouraging them to attend this event.

Child care for young children will be provided.
